Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. New accounts may be offered a free trial. We may approve, decline, suspend, or end trials at our discretion, and the Service may be limited or disabled when a trial ends.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, disrupting it, reselling it without permission, or using it to violate any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of menu, pricing, tax and billing data you enter.

The Service helps you collect payments and compute taxes (including GST). You are solely responsible for the correctness of your tax configuration, invoices, and statutory filings. Payments processed through third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Pine Labs, UPI) are subject to those providers' terms; FoodOS is not a payment processor and is not liable for gateway outages, fees, or disputes.

Your business and customer data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload any personal data of your staff and customers.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change over time. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis at support@foodos.app.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; export your data beforehand.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
